Free Yourself from Negative Energetic Influences

Free Yourself from Negative Energetic Influences

Andover, MA (PRWEB) April 15, 2010

There is a world of energy around us that cannot be seen with the physical eye. Some of these energies are negative, having a detrimental effect on health, well-being, and ability to function. Anyone can learn how to detect these energies and take action to clear them and create more beneficial home and work environments for themselves and others.

Circles of Wisdom is pleased to host Rev. Alicja Aratyn, M. Eng., Vice President of the Canadian Society of Dowsers, for two powerful hands-on workshops that can transform your life.

Date and Title

Saturday, May 1:Environmental Dowsing

Sunday, May 2: Energy Alchemy: Clearing and Protection

Time: 10am – 6pm each day

Location: Circles of Wisdom, 90 Main Street in Andover, MA

Cost: $ 100 for either class, $ 170 for both

To Register: http://www.circlesofwisdom.com or 978-474-8010

During the Environmental Dowsing course students will learn to evaluate a space for negative energies such as high electromagnetic field (EMF) levels, Radon gas and electrical pollution. These can be from man-made influences such as high-voltage power lines, electric cables, electrical appliances, synthetic materials etc. Students will also test for naturally-occurring ley lines and sources of geopathic stress. Being in these energy fields over extended periods of time can weaken the immune system, making people more susceptible to illness.

Alicja will teach specific protocols students can take to neutralize and/or clear these non-beneficial environmental energies. She’ll also bring them a step further and show them how to increase the flow of positive energy, enhancing health and prosperity.

Sunday’s Energy Alchemy course focuses on harmful energies from negative thought forms, negative programming, and entity attachments. A thought form is a manifestation of mental or psychic energy. It can be created by people through negative self-talk or directed towards them by someone else, often unintentionally. An entity, or earthbound spirit, can attach to people when it is unable to move on to another dimension and we are in a weakened energetic state.

People are often not aware that they are being affected, and just wonder why they don’t feel like themselves. Alicja will provide tools to clear these unwanted energies. In addition, Alicja will show students how to create protective shields to keep themselves and loved ones safe. Enhanced mental and physical health is within everyone’s reach.

STUNDERTHORM — An Artistic Message From A Possible Future

STUNDERTHORM — An Artistic Message From A Possible Future

Ottawa, Ontario (PRWEB) August 14, 2007

European scholar/percussionist Johannes Welsch has released the album STUNDERTHORM together with singer/engineer David Hess (Heidelberg, Germany) and didgeridoo master Paul Hinger (Ottawa, Canada). The album features an acoustic recording of archaic voices (i.e. gongs, drums, voice and didgeridoo) which is comprised of three soundscapes and six rhythm pieces. The 28 page booklet presents the visionary art of Tina Welsch and the utopian essay by Johannes Welsch.

“Unless there is an almost unimaginable shift in consciousness, humanity will be subject to a cataclysm of never seen proportions,” asserts Welsch, former project director at one of the world’s leading management schools. To the many doomsday scenarios confronting humanity at the beginning of the 21st century the academic turned mystic adds the STUNDERTHORM, a cataclysmic tale based in part on his background in Organizational Theory. The voice he chooses is one from the future looking back at our current structural deficiencies:

“The Stunderthorm was rooted in our inability to put strategy first. When suffering became a catalyst for change, change was impossible for a humanity insisting on national identity and complex structure. Strategies needed to address a long list of overwhelming global challenges: war, human rights violations, environmental pollution, climate change, hunger, disease and natural disasters. Insanity insisted on national competitive advantage in the face of these ever-accelerating global processes and threats. The delusion of national advantage left all of humanity at a disadvantage. The process was exacerbated by the metastasis of commercial and industrial organization. ‘Globalization’, the overheated shouted, ‘means that all sit in the same boat.’ Their words coincided with the general realization that the boat was sinking.”

In this vision, the OT axiom “strategy supersedes structure” holds not only for commercial enterprise, but also for humanity as a whole, leaving us in a most precarious situation. However, rather than going on a lecture tour in an attempt to better the world one presentation at a time, Welsch disseminates his message through artistic works, through radio play, global podcasts and live performances (http://www.indie-music.com/bands/bands/1480), hoping to reach the many — fast.

STUNDERTHORM is a wholistic call for a general awakening: the 2,000 word message from “the end of what you call the 21st century” is illustrated by many of Tina Welsch’s mixed media paintings and enhanced by an original acoustic recording. Just as looking at the open sea triggers notions of infinity and eternity, Tina’s art leads to deep visions of inner and outer worlds. The two works’ “Original Regression” and “Polygravitational Subjunction” illustrate those poles. The deeper meaning of the former is self-evident while the latter shows a group of planets as they circle their sun, aligned through a force (polygravitational subjunction) revered as divinity by the consciousness on the seven planets.

The soundscapes and rhythm pieces were produced at the Alien Lab Studio in rural Ontario and engineered by vocalist David Hess. The nine tracks feature a wide range of percussion instruments including some of Welsch’s fine gongs (http://www.drumsoloartist.com/cgi-bin/news/2005/news.pl?record=38). Hess also contributes his unique style of throat singing, in which he generates a fundamental note and harmonious overtones simultaneously. Paul Hinger’s didgeridoo adds both rhythm and sound to the acoustic recording. The well known performer from Ottawa has toured the planet with his instruments and contributed to many recordings. STUNDERTHORM is being featured on radio programs across North America, podcasted worldwide and available on iTunes

Best in Class Health Care Fraud Solutions from Thomson Reuters and i-Sight

Best in Class Health Care Fraud Solutions from Thomson Reuters and i-Sight

i-Sight Case Management Software for health care fraud investigations.

Ottawa, Canada (Vocus) September 9, 2010

Today, Customer Expressions Corp. announced that the company will be co-exhibiting at upcoming health care fraud conferences with Thomson Reuters. With the signing of the Universal Health Care Bill in the US earlier this year, health care fraud and payment recapture have become main priorities for both the federal government and industry leaders. It has been reported that payment recapture initiatives are expected to put at least $ 2 billion over the next three years back into taxpayer pockets.

Thomson Reuters has developed best in class solutions for health care fraud detection, abuse and waste, while the i-Sight Case Management Software is a best in class solution for managing health care fraud investigations. The cutting edge solutions offered by both companies raise the bar in health care fraud prevention, detection and investigation.

In the coming months, members from i-Sight and Thomson Reuters will join together to attend a series of health care fraud conferences throughout North America. Some of the topics addressed at each of the conferences include how to conduct health care fraud investigations, international examples of health care fraud, medical identity theft and the impact of health care fraud on society and the health care industry itself.

Ray Gerard, President at Customer Expressions stated, “Health care fraud is an epidemic. In 2009 alone, an estimated $ 54 billion was lost due to improper Medicare and Medicaid payments. As efforts to tighten health care fraud controls in the US are put into place, technology and software solutions, including i-Sight Case Management Software, help identify repeat offenders and improve investigations into health care fraud allegations.”

Here is a list of upcoming health care fraud conferences that we will be attending with the Thomson Reuters team:

The 26th Annual NAMPI Conference, hosted by the National Association for Medicaid Program Integrity. The conference takes place in New Orleans, Louisiana from September 12-15.
Raise the Ante Against Health Care Fraud is the theme of this year’s Annual Conference held by the Canadian Health Care Antifraud Association. The conference takes place on September 14th and 15th in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
The 2010 NASMD Fall Conference, held by the National Association of State Medicaid Directors, from November 8-10 in Arlington Virginia.
The National Health Care Antifraud Association’s (NHCAA) Annual Training Conference. The conference is held in Las Vegas Nevada from November 16-19.

Online Natural Health Center Meets Pain Relief Needs of Millions of Arthritis Sufferers Left Reeling from Vioxx Recall

Online Natural Health Center Meets Pain Relief Needs of Millions of Arthritis Sufferers Left Reeling from Vioxx Recall

(PRWEB) October 5, 2004

Natural Health Center, an online natural health products resource and online store has announced its preparedness to assist arthritis sufferers who had been taking Vioxx for arthritis pain prior to the drug’s recall on September 30th.

In response to Merck’s recall, Natural Health Center (NHC) has put together a variety of arthritis pain relief packages for those who now find themselves without a safe means to relieve arthritis pain.

“What many people don’t realize is that popular prescription drugs only manage symptoms, they don’t actually address the underlying cause of the disease,” said Dr. Dan Nuzum, Naturopathic doctor at NHC.

“So what you get is simply pain management, without improvement of the condition itself. But with natural treatments like herbal supplements and homeopathic remedies, both the root cause of the disease is addressed as well as the pain and discomfort it causes – and its all done safely and naturally.

One of the main causes for arthritis is a parasite called Protozoa. Arthritis is also caused by a virus. Once the body is rid of the offending parasite or virus, the natural healing process can begin.

Millions of people suffering from arthritis worldwide are today scrambling for an alternative to Vioxx and other arthritis prescription medications. Natural Health Center provides an effective solution by offering a safe, proven method to treat the painful disease.

Natural Health Center (NHC) has arthritis relief packages available to those who are looking for a new, safe form of relief. We offer the highest quality herbal and natural products available. To learn more about how we can help relieve your arthritis pain, stop by:

New User-friendly of Evidence-based Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) and Companion Materials Now Available from Hazelden

New User-friendly of Evidence-based Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) and Companion Materials Now Available from Hazelden

Center City, MN (PRWEB) August 23, 2011

As many as half of all people who arrive at mental health clinics or addiction treatment facilities have co-occurring disorders, requiring effective, integrated care as outlined in IDDT. Recognizing the need for comprehensive research and information about dual diagnosis and IDDT treatment in a format that guides professionals in implemented integrated treatment practices, the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center and Hazelden have redesigned the acclaimed Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) and Hazelden is now offering the program, one component of the larger Severe Mental Illness (SMI) product line– on its website.

Far surpassing its predecessor in ease of implementation and ongoing usability in clinical settings, this updated and expanded IDDT curriculum is redesigned not only to more effectively teach clinical skills and provide practitioners with resources and tools for their practice, but to offer the guidance necessary to align the work of departments and transform agencies into integrated treatment providers.

Identified as an evidence-based practice (EBP) by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, IDDT calls for mental health and substance abuse treatment to be delivered at the same place, at the same time, and with the same treatment team. As funding for behavioral health treatment becomes scarce, only the most clinically- and cost-effective interventions and evidence-based practices will pass muster with mental-health authorities and policy makers. But while EBPs have been shown to produce better clinical outcomes, they are also perceived to be more expensive services.

A groundbreaking study of behavior healthcare claims data in Ohio found just the opposite was true – Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment actually helped save $ 1.4 million in service costs for a group of 160 people with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.

Hazelden and the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center (PRC) have also created a Recovery Life Skills Program that is designed to work hand in hand with the new and improved IDDT program.

Developed by Lindy Fox, MA, LADC of the PRC, the Recovery Life Skills Program also utilizes evidence-based protocols. The Program has been research tested at eight pilot sites by Dartmouth researchers, and the easy-to-implement curriculum includes a facilitator’s guide with step-by-step session instructions and reproducible client handouts–everything needed for rapid integration, and to revise existing programs into those found in dual diagnosis treatment centers.

Hazelden offers a comprehensive collection of professional resources for the integrated treatment of co-occurring disorders, including the evidence-based Co-occurring Disorders Program (CDP) and the SMI product line In addition to the IDDT and Recovery Life Skills materials, Hazelden’s SMI line includes Housing First Collection advocates providing housing first, then supportive treatment services. The program materials offer guidance, tools and tips to evolve existing programs into the Housing First model, and for implementation within the community.

Rounding out Hazelden’s educational offerings for addiction and mental health practitioners is Supported Employment, Individual Placement and Support (IPS), training materials and curricula to help clients compete in the workforce. Studies have shown that participants in an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program are three times more likely to work in regular, competitive jobs than those in other vocational programs. The evidence-based practices in Supported Employment offers knowledge and tools born from the IPS model to help clients with mental health disorders obtain jobs with competitive wages based on their field of interest.

Hazelden is a private, not-for-profit organization, Hazelden helps people transform their lives by providing the best addiction treatment and recovery services as well as education, research, and publishing products available today.

LaneChange.net Launches Service to Protect Businesses from Spam and Viruses

Ottawa, Ontario (PRWEB) June 7, 2004

LaneChange.Net, a complete Internet services solutions provider, announces a new online service that offers secure filtering and delivery of email to businesses that either operate their own email servers or are using email forwarding services for their own domain names.

“Spam, worms and viruses are costing companies thousands of dollars in lost productivity”, said Robert Schwartz, President of LaneChange.Net. “Every 4 minutes that an employee spends managing Spam, costs a businesses over 1% of salary expenses. Add to this the lost productivity bugs like viruses and worms cause when released onto a company network and these figures can easily double or triple.”

Built from the ground up for high-volume messaging environments, the email defense service, powered by MX Logic’s® Email Defense technology, provides around-the-clock email protection, automatically intercepting, analyzing and blocking malicious and unsolicited messages at the network perimeter-before they can enter the internal network. Using a filtering process that neither stores nor acknowledges receipt of an email message, email defense presents zero risk of message loss and virtually undetectable latency.

“The email defense service allows companies to take advantage of industrial strength Spam and virus filtering without hefty upfront costs or steep technical learning curve,” Schwartz said. “Network administrators and optionally end users, can manage Spam quarantines, white and black lists and can receive detailed reports of messages blocked by the service.”

In addition to its Spam and virus protection, the email defense service shields and conceals an organization’s messaging infrastructure, including the location of the customer’s mail servers, from the public Internet, removing the threat of network probes and providing robust protection from vulnerability and attack.

Email defense service pricing starts at $ 1 per email box, per month and is available now. For more information on email defense, see: http://www.lanechange.net/html/email_defense.shtml

Narconon Arrowhead Receives Certification from Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (ODMHSAS) awarded full certification to Narconon of Oklahoma, Inc. (dba) Narconon Arrowheads drug free withdrawal program after department inspectors verified the center was in 100% compliance with the criteria required by the state for non-medical detoxification.

The Departments recommendation for full certification was sanctioned by a unanimous vote by the Oklahoma Board of Mental Health at their monthly meeting held at Department headquarters in Oklahoma City on the 11th of March. Full certification is valid for three years, which is the most allowed under the Department is regulations.

Narconon Arrowhead CEO, Gary W. Smith said, My center is goal has always been to meet or exceed state and federal treatment standards because the individuals that we help are the ones that benefit from a higher quality care in the end. I think it’s a new era for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and treatment providers in the state. We have known for some time that substance abuse is one of the key factors that are driving up prison and health care costs and more treatment services are needed, not less. State regulations seem to be moving more towards inclusion of alternative types of effective rehabilitation methods and programs rather then being exclusive to what has been considered traditional treatment methods.

In addition to ODMHSAS certification Narconons drug and alcohol rehabilitation program is accredited by the nationally recognized and prestigious Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) since the center was first licensed in Oklahoma in 1991. The organization has helped thousands of people recover from drug addiction since that time and has helped prevent drug use through education to hundreds of thousands across the country through the application of American author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard is effective drug-free rehabilitation methodology.

Adds Smith, I am impressed with the cooperative spirit that exists today with the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and treatment providers in the state of Oklahoma. I know this is due, in now small part, to the Department leadership and support in making more treatment services available by the Governor office.

Narconon Arrowhead is one of the largest private residential treatment centers in the United States. The center services between 200 and 230 people in need at a time and program participants range from 18 to over 60 years of age and come from all walks of life all over the country as well as overseas. It is also the main training center for Narconon is international network of drug rehabilitation and education programs that now reaches 40 countries.

Program information can be obtained by calling 1-800-468-6933 or via the web at http://www.stopaddiction.com.

NSF International?s Global Food Safety Certification Division Earns Five-Star Rating from British Retail Consortium (BRC)

NSF International’s Global Food Safety Certification Division Earns Five-Star Rating from British Retail Consortium (BRC)

NSF International

Ann Arbor, Mich. (PRWEB) August 09, 2011

NSF International’s Food Safety Division has earned the highest rating from the British Retail Consortium (BRC), developer of the BRC global food safety standards for food, packaging, storage and distribution. This excellent five-star rating confirms NSF’s reputation as a leading certifier to the global food safety standards, having certified more than 28,000 farms and facilities.

NSF is committed to helping companies throughout the global food supply chain strengthen their quality assurance programs. In 2009, NSF International became the first North American certification body to earn ANSI accreditation for BRC standards and has become the largest certifier to BRC worldwide and SQF in the U.S. Many of the leading global retail and foodservice companies now require certification of their suppliers against these Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)*-benchmarked standards to help strengthen food safety practices.

For the first time, BRC published the key performance indicators (KPI) ratings of each certification body from January – June 2011 in their directory, which highlights NSF International’s five-star rating. The BRC measures each certification body on the following KPIs every six months: Audit Report Writing Quality, Compliance to the BRC Scheme & Standard Protocol Requirements, Auditor Registration, Data Submission, Commitment and Communication.

“BRC works closely with our certification bodies to ensure the most effective and consistent use of the BRC Global Standards,” said John Kukoly, Senior Technical Marketing Representative in North America for BRC. “A rigorous set of key performance indicators are used to measure feedback and continually improve the performance of our partners in assessing certified companies. These measures, the most rigorous in the industry, ensure that those certification bodies (able to perform BRC certification audits) are held to exacting expectations and standards themselves. When a certification body receives a five-star rating, such as NSF International, this puts them at the very top performance level within the BRC program.”

“NSF International has grown into the largest certifier to BRC worldwide, and SQF in the U.S., because we’ve continued to focus on quality and meeting the expectations of our customers, accreditation bodies and standard’s owners,” said Robert Prevendar, Director of Food Safety Certification Systems for NSF International. “I am very proud of our auditors and operations team for placing us in the top five percent with our score of 100, which helps us fulfill NSF’s mission of protecting and improving human health worldwide.”
